Who is C.P.S.?
C.P.S. is a commercial agency and represents European companies in Near and Middle Eastern countries. Originally founded in Beirut in early 1980 C.P.S. expanded its activities throughout the whole Near and Middle East area with a major focus on the Iraqi market place.
What does C.P.S.?
C.P.S. acts as procurement and sale agent with a main emphasis on the following industrial sectors:
- Textile machinery and plants
- Plastic machinery and plants
- Railway equipment and railway workshop installations
- Spare parts
- Special projects
and
- Represents European manufacturers of machinery, complete lines, accessories and spare parts as sole agent
- Provides commercial and technical consultancy for carrying out complete new industrial projects
- Carries out sourcing of and checking up on suppliers
- Acts as trustee in contract negotiations, if need be by employing specialized legal support
How C.P.S. is organized?
C.P.S. maintains its main office in Viersen, Federal Republic of Germany and provides technical, commercial and legal-administrative expertise. In the Middle East C.P.S. is represented by its co-operation partner East Bureau for Industrial Equipment with offices in Baghdad, Iraq with business connections to neighbouring countries. Marketing and sales, tender related commercial, financial, technical and contractual matters, supply and commissioning of machinery and plants and the respective training of the customer´s technicians – if required – are executed in close co-operation between the European suppliers and the customers in the Middle East and the professional assistance of C.P.S. and East Bureau for Industrial Equipment.

C.P.S. holds agency agreements with European manufacturers of textile, plastics and railway engineering equipment.
